All you need to have a carefree visit.


Full passport required for UK visitors; Visitors coming from the European Union, members of the Shengen Treaty are granted unrestricted entry. International visitors should have a valid passport.


Standard and VIP services can be arranged on request by our transport department. For individuals or large groups we can find the perfect way to get you to and from the airport.


EURO. Foreign currency is not accepted but may be exchanged at the banks.

Hotels and restaurant bills usually include a service charge; an extra 5-10% or so for good service is appreciated.


220 volts; two-pin European adapters are required.


Excellent and safe drinking standard in Madeira. Porto Santo uses treated seawater that is also safe to drink. But they do have another bacteria flora that you might be used to at home, therefore we recommend drinking bottled mineral water.


Considered one of the safest destinations in the world, if you take simple basic precautions you should be just fine. There are always the hotel safe deposits if you wish to keep any valuables.
