old quinta cowshed has been enterprisingly converted into a spacious
villa set in a quite corner of the Quinta. A large kitchen leads
on to its own terrace with plenty of room for al-fresco meals. Downstairs
there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and ensuite bathroom
and one single bedroom with adjoining shower room. Upstairs there
is a spacious lounge with balcony offering unparalleled views over

home to the head farmer of the quinta, this charming cottage is
the ideal choice for a family that want their own privacy. With
a spacious lounge and dining area with an open plan kitchen and
W.C., a small staircase leading up to a double bedroom and a twin

balconies.

All accommodation types have direct telephone line and cable television
installed as well as safe boxes. All rooms have a balcony or terrace

The management cannot guarantee a particular room but will always, should
it be necessary to make a change from your confirmed reservation, endeavour
to make any alterations within the same category of accommodation.
Cancellation
3 nights cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation, guaranteed
by credit card, prepayment or in writing - is cancelled less than 14
days prior to arrival.
No-Show
3 nights (per above rates) will be charged for no-shows. In high season
the full stay will be charged.
